What we collect

• Your design. When you continue to checkout, the site creates a print-ready image of your design (your text or the logo you uploaded) and sends it to our server so it can be printed.
• Order details. Product, size, design text, placement notes and team quantity.
• Checkout details. Your name, email, shipping address and payment details are entered on a secure checkout page hosted by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not see or store your full card number.
• Site activity. We use Klaviyo, an email marketing service. Its script on our site may set cookies and record activity such as pages viewed. If you subscribe to our emails, Klaviyo stores your email address and we may send you marketing emails, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
• Messages. If you email or call us, including through the team quote form, we keep what you send us so we can reply.

What stays on your device

Photos you upload to preview tattoo placement on your own body stay in your browser and are not sent to us. A logo you upload is used in your browser to build the print image; only the finished print image is uploaded.

How we use it

• To print, ship and support your order
• To answer your questions and quote requests
• To send order-related messages and, if you subscribe, marketing emails
• To understand how the site is used and improve it
• To prevent fraud and meet legal obligations

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with services that help us run RaceInked:

• Stripe, to process payments
• Our print partner, which receives your print image, name and shipping address to produce and ship your order
• Klaviyo, for email and site analytics
• Our hosting provider, which runs the website and order server

We may also disclose information if required by law.

Your design image

Print images are saved on our order server under a random, hard-to-guess link so our print partner can fetch them. They are kept only as long as needed to fulfil and support your order.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing support@raceinked.com. We will keep records we are required to keep for tax and accounting.

Children

RaceInked is intended for adults. Our print partner does not recommend these temporary tattoos for children under 3. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
