Orders and pricing

Prices are listed in US dollars and include shipping. Payment is taken on a secure checkout page hosted by Stripe. Card payments are accepted, and promotion codes can be entered at checkout where offered.

Your order is confirmed once payment goes through. We may cancel and fully refund an order we cannot fulfil, for example if a design breaks these terms.

Team kits and quotes

Team kits are offered for 10, 20, 30 or 50 athletes at the listed price and use one custom team design for the whole crew. Orders for 100+ athletes are quoted individually by email.

Your design and approval

You are responsible for checking the spelling, design and placement preview before checkout. We print the design you approve.

Screen previews are approximate. Colors, size and placement on your body may look slightly different in real life.

Content you upload

Only upload logos, names and text that you own or have permission to use, such as your own gym logo with the owner's approval. You give us permission to use your design only to produce and ship your order.

We may refuse designs that are unlawful, hateful, infringe someone else's rights or are otherwise inappropriate.

Using the tattoos

Follow the application and removal instructions. Apply only to clean, healthy, unbroken skin. Do a small patch test first if you have sensitive skin or allergies, and stop using it if irritation occurs. Not recommended for children under 3.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, RaceInked's total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses, including a tattoo not arriving before a specific race, though we will always try to help.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place your order applies to that order.
